Reporter learned from Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Commerce that Xi’an service outsourcing industry kept a sound development momentum in first season. According to statistics from Commerce Department, contract value of Xi’an service outsourcing industry reached 232 billion US dollars, with growth of 3.22% year-on-year. Industrial pattern gradually shows characters of high value-added business, leader enterprises roles and high-grade industrial pattern.

In first season of this year, Xi’an ITO contract value was 165 million US dollars which took 71.2% of total contract value, executive value reached 383.1 million US dollars which took 23.39% of total executive value. The business covers: information system operation service, information system application service and software technology service; Contract value of KPO was 5,750 US dollars which took 24.82% of total contract value, executive value was 122 billion US dollars which took 74.19% of total value.
