2012 Shaanxi Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts Management Training Class held in Ankang from Nov.12 to Nov.14. Foreign affairs person Ellen Luo from Broad Yard attended this training class.

Qualified unit which can employ foreign cultural and educational experts from Shaanxi province with over 180 people attended this training. State Foreign Expert Bureau education experts department vice-director Lei Fengyun attended and taught this training class, he emphasized the status of “talent introducing project” in national development strategy, and taught some normal questions related with foreign cultural and educational experts management. Shaanxi Foreign Expert Bureau director Lei Yaotang reviewed last two years’ working situation from 3 aspects: law-based administration, strengthen coordination; efficient service,classification guidance; pragmatic and progressive, solid work. Shaanxi Foreign Expert Bureau expert management department section chief Fan Yinghua made a practice training, he elaborated some questions such as 2012 annual check’s procedure etc. Shaanxi Provincial Public Security Administration of Entry and Exit section chief Ye Zhilin explained the law and regulation for foreign resident population.
