TEIBC，The Export-Import Bank of China is one of three institutional banks in China chartered to implement the state policies in industry, foreign trade, diplomacy, economy, and provide policy financial support so as to promote the export of Chinese products and services. Established in 1994, the bank is subordinated to the State Council.
Shaanxi Branch was Established in 2007, is the 11th export-import bank of China branches，the Bank’s main business covering Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang northwest five provinces. In these years, Shaanxi branch take efforts to provide quality services and credit support for the enterprise based on the northwest provinces’ actual social and economic position, effectively promoted the economic and social development in northwest of China.
