◆ To know the main styles of enterprise, including state owned enterprise, limited corporation, joint enterprise
◆ To tell the difference between public sectors and private sectors in social economy
◆ To explain the influence of combination and split on the company’s framwork and size; how a company adjust its operation model accroding to the need of government’s policy and laws
◆ To get a general knowledge about the factors affecting enterprise, including empoyer and employee, shareholder, government, especially the exterior business environment’s effect on a company’s operation and on an individual
◆ To understand the purpose of the mission assigned by the company; to explain the standard meaning of company
◆ To describe the factors that affect the company’s public image, like consumer service, fellowship, and advertisement

Business practice third level , as a cuuriculum of secretary third level, fit to those who like to have a deep study on the business orgnization and business operation. It is also suitable for those who expect to take a post on business orgnization. Besides, it can help those who expect to work on business promote their understanding on business activities.
 
 Business practice, including all the business activities , ranging from small company to multinational company, studies the interior founctions of a compan, such as production, marketing, management,, finance and personel work. It will tell you the importance of a company’s public image and how an employee make a contribution to the success of the entire company.

◆ To explain the economic indicators that affect commercial activities, like index of living, national income, economic growth, inflation and interest rate
◆  To realize the mission and purpose of the interior apartments of a company and the responsibility of its responsible person
◆  To know the formation of a company’s plan, including the purpose of making goal, the analysis of SWOT and PEST, material distribution, review and mornitoring activities; to analyze the difference between strategic plan and conducting plan.
◆  To describe the importance of managing information as a way of mornitoring and controlling commercial activities
◆  To explain behaviors that promote a company’s performance, like goal setting, consumer service, interest mornitoring, employer training and stimulation policy
◆  To realize how an enterprise promotes the quality of its production by means like goal setting, standard ajustment, quality control and employee evaluation
